Rhett & Combo meet a Council official

The park runs like a well oiled machine, but sometimes a responsible adult has to come and check that oil is fresh and the machine is running at the advertised speed. That's why Council Inspector Tim Jimpson (Lucy Glover) and his clipboard are in the park. I hope everything is above board.
